Make sure the rear of the cart is jacked up. Push the go pedal to the floor and measure the voltages across A1 and A2 and then F1 and F2. Watching the voltage readings, ease the pedal all the way up and advise what you find. Note: It might be easier to measure these at the motor terminals.
