Upon reassembly, I properly tightenend and loctited all screws for zero blade play, smooth opening, and good blade centering when closed (and of course it does have all 3 of those now). I know they at least come with a limited warranty where if you get a defective one you can send it back. The pamphlet that came with the Leek I just got didn't mention anything beyond that. I haven't taken the time to look into it in-depth. The blade on the leek has a nice, long edge, and a point that is good for fine work. On the D2 version, you can change which end you put the pocket clip on, which is a nice feature.
