I use the Clump N Seal cloud control (light blue colour) but its ungodly expensive and I've only seen the sticking issue occur once in the past month that I've had it.Excess weight will put a strain on the motor and can cause the unit to start/stop during a cycle and/or get stuck in the dump position.
