Deer knight just doubles as an overtime when I need to deal with multiple enemies spamming set shields, especially in polaris. TLDR: Ship is a stronger spell than deer knight, if you take it to its max tier. Ship is also WAY more expensive and frustrating to get, especially if this is your only wizard.
